1. Fern Cottage Restaurant
Fern Cottage Restaurant is where great Scottish food is met with a Mediterranean twist, emphasis being on the fl avour & freshness of Scotland’s larder. Fish, shellfi sh, chicken, lamb & venison dishes to name a few, as well as a full vegan menu. All food is cooked to order allowing recipes to be adapted as required for most dietary requirements. 2. Verandah Restaurant @ Atholl Palace
Verandah Restaurant @ Atholl Palace overlooks wooded parkland and the town to the surrounding hills. The Stags Head Bar is open daily for drinks between 11am & 11pm, and food is served from 12.30pm to 9pm. Relax in the comfort of the bar or our lovely outdoor seating area where you can have a delicious meal and try some of the fi ne selection of malt whiskies.
3. The Old Mill Inn
The Old Mill Inn is the place to go for great food & drink in a lively bar & bistro atmosphere. Offering both indoor dining & a beautiful outdoor courtyard with large covered stretch-tent area, The Old Mill offers the perfect setting to sit back & relax for a meal or a drink. Look forward to dining on locally sourced produce on their bistro style menu, which caters for most dietary requirements. Their drinks are great too with their real ales & cocktails proving very popular.
4. Moulin Hotel
The Moulin Hotel opened in 1695 and is a haven of authentic Scottish hospitality. The traditional inn has 15 bedrooms and is family owned and run (since 1993) offering a warm welcome for locals and tourists alike. Food is served every day and the extensive menu includes gourmet sandwiches and sharing platters, as well as traditional Scottish dishes using the best local produce.
5. Mckays Fish & Chips
Serving traditional Fish and Chip Suppers, delicious weekly specials from battered lobster tail to crispy calamari served with sweet chilli sauce. All cooked fresh to order. A large indoor seating area & a fantastic outdoor area with ample seating for the fairer weather.
6. Red Deer Restaurant @ Pitlochry Golf Club
Red Deer Pub & Restaurant enjoys panoramic views of Ben-Y-Vrackie and the Golf Course and welcomes golfers and non-golfers alike. Open daily April to October from 9am to 7pm. November to March open daily 10am to 3pm.
7. Victorias Restaurant
Victoria’s Restaurant is located on the main street of Pitlochry and has been serving wonderful food & drink for over 27 years. Victoria’s is a bustling coffee-house by day serving brunch, lunch & home baking. By evening the restaurant merges into a bistro eatery offering refi ned cuisine & top-notch wines, in a relaxed atmosphere.

11. Highland Nights
Pitlochry Highland Nights An evening of traditional entertainment with The Vale of Atholl Pipe Band. Enjoy the pipe band, Highland and country dancers, Scottish Singers and accordionists.
12. Highland Swing
Swing from a specially designed platform 40 metres above the River Garry. Rigged in a full-body harness you will be quick-released from above, dropping into a free fall of around 15 metres, then accelerate through an arc under the bungee platform. Minimum age 10 years
13. Highland Fling Bungee
Highland Fling Bungee jump 40 metres from the Garry Bridge in the stunning location of Killiecrankie. This is the UK’s fi rst and only permanent bungee platform – we have been open since 2011 and have jumped over 40,000 people! Minimum age 14 years.
14. Heathergems Viewing Gallery And Shop
Unique jewellery, hand-crafted from the stems of Scottish heather. Watch as the stems are cleaned, dyed, compressed & shaped by skilled crafts people. No two Heathergems are the same making it a very individual gift.
15. Pitlochry Boating Station
Set on the picturesque shores of Loch Faskally, here you can hire Mountain & E-bikes for a day on woodland trails; or rowing boats, pedaloes, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards for an enjoyable day on the water - fi shing boats & equipment also available. The Café offers a selection of snacks, drinks, home baked treats & ice-creams; sit outside and take in the views & meet our army of ducks!

18. Pitlochry & Moulin Heritage Centre
Home to much of the written heritage of Pitlochry and Moulin ranging from the archaeology, the story of how the women of the Parish paid their yearly rents by spinning and weaving linen, local genealogy, Church History and much more.
19. A Dam Good Place to Visit
Situated on the banks of the River Tummel, Pitlochry's newest visitor attraction features an engaging interactive exhibition on Scotland's hydro heritage. The dog friendly centre also features a welcoming cafe and a locally sourced gift shop.
20. The Atholl Palace Museum
The Atholl Palace Museum is set in the old servant's wing, charts the history of the hotel from when it opened as a Hydropathic establishment in 1878 to its re-opening after World War II & beyond.
21. Moulin Brewery
This tiny craft brewery produces 4 real ales, including Braveheart Ale, with souvenir bottled beer available. Situated behind the 300 year old Moulin Hotel, in the centre of Moulin village just north of Pitlochry.

23. Melt Jewellery and Gallery
The gallery is owned and run by artist and maker Annie Stenhouse who has been creating jewellery for over 30 years. The gallery includes an unusual and eclectic collection of jewellery, ceramics, etchings, monoprints and photography. This year the gallery has an exciting addition; artist and printmaker Emily Crookshank has set up her professional printmaking studio in the Melt Workshop space at the back of the gallery.

The Coach House is located in the centre of the main street in Pitlochry and has many great options for fresh food, grills and pizza as well as a full bar menu, barista coffee and a full range of drinks. Tasty fresh food is served from 12noon through to 9pm daily. Every Friday and Saturday we have great bands and vocalists from 9pm to late.

35. Killiecrankie Zip Park
Killiecrankie Zip Park in the stunning Pass of Killiecrankie famous for the Soldiers Leap. Navigate from tree to tree at heights of up to 35 metres and take in the amazing views over the river Garry. You will be checked in, briefed & harnessed at the visitor centre before being transported to the start of the course.
36. Atholl Palace Lodges & Gardens
The gardens have walkways and seats to encourage visitors to relax and enjoy the abundant wildlife. They are an ideal setting for photographs, a quiet drink or a romantic stroll down lovers’ lane. Lodges are also available at the ground level, with easy access to the gardens.
37. Pitlochry Market
Pitlochry Market is held on the 3rd Saturday of each month from April to October between 10am & 3pm. Here you will fi nd local traders selling artisan products and crafts, as well as delicious food & drink. 2023 dates: 8th April - 15th April - 20th May - 17th June - 15th July - 19th August - 16th September - 21st October.
