Rosehill Guest House
Rosehill Guest House is a very popular guest house in Pitlochry, located just off Pitlochry's main street Atholl Road on Ferry Road, right opposite the War Memorial Gardens, ideal for the Pitlochry Theatre and all the amenities on the high street.
Rosehill Guest House is also popular with walkers as it is the official end point the famous Rob-Roy-Way Trail, a 80 mile walk retracing the route used by Rob Roy Macgregor, made famous by Sir Walter Scott who wrote all about the real Scottish Robin Hood of his day. Rosehill is the first Guest House at the end of the Rob-Roy-Way Trail.
Rosehill is an immaculately kept Guest House with five double en-suite rooms and two family en-suite rooms. The 2 family rooms can also be used as twin rooms. The bedrooms also have fresh flowers, some aromatic toiletries or some delicious fresh fruit.

Reduced tariff for children depending upon their age and whether they share their parents room or require a room of their own. There is a free of charge travel cot for children under the age of two years.
Rosehill Guest House is open all year. Arrival check in from 2.00pm. Departue check out is by 10.00am
