and his wife Kyra opened 'Fields
of Perthshire' in April 2011; their first
Delicatessen and Farm Shop.
Fields of Perthshire is situated in Aberfeldy, is a
Scottish Deli, selling local and international produce
including; their own Free Range Hens Eggs, Charcuterie, Wild Venison,
Dunkeld Smoked Salmon, local Vegetables, locally shot
Pheasant and Partridge, Fresh Fish, over 80 Cheeses, Smoked
Meat, fresh Scottish Fish as well as Blast frozen Shell fish,
Olives, Hand Made local Chocolates and home baked Speciality
Breads.
Perthshire is renowned for Game, and its Grass Fed Beef, local
Glen Lyon Lamb and also Pork all of which can
be pre-order from Fields of Perthshire for next day delivery.
They will also deliver free 
within a ten mile radius of Aberfeldy. So if you
are coming to the area to stay in a self catering cottage give them
your order and it will be waiting in your cottage for your
arrival!
Fields of Perthshire has Deli sandwiches, soups, "Clootie
Dumpling" & tray bakes made fresh on the premises & 'coffee
to go'.
