We live in Co Donegal and before leaving home to visit Scotland my wife went to the trouble to book a table in your restaurant from home hoping in doing so we would not be disappointed when we arrived in Pitlochry only to find when we arrived at Fern Cottage that our table had not been reserved and although we were allocated a table (opposite the toilets )we were disappointed not only with the fact that a table had not been allocated to us but a seat at the entrance to the toilets is far from ideal. We visit the area maybe twice three times a year and although you may think my comment trivial I would think again about frequenting Fern Cottage.
